Active alignment jig for an XY Galvo Assembly
An assembly line jig for active alignment of an XY Galvo Tower module.
The jig enables the following operations:
a) Accurate mechanical clamping of the Galvo tower (that holds the Galvos)
b) Electrical control of the Galvos by the matching PCB
c) Zeroing the Galvos
d) Generation of a collimated laser beam – aimed at the Galvos
e) Manual alignment the Galvos so that the laser hits a target point
